Luther Vandross倾情制作的一首主打歌，在歌曲中倾注了自己的心和灵魂，清淡的钢琴伴奏，和他伤感的演唱，演绎了他对父亲的那份纪念，在爱里透露出更多的是灰暗。
　Luther Vandross于1951年4月20日出生于美国纽约最北部的Bronx区，作为最伟大的黑人男歌手之一，拥有超过两千万张的唱片销售记录，被他富有魔力的嗓音所征服的听众数以亿计。他三十岁时才发行了第一张专辑《Never Too Much》，之后的十三张专辑都达到了白金销量，被称为是80年代R&B音乐三巨头之一，另两人是鼎鼎大名的Stevie Wonder和Michael Jackson。
　　Luther Vandross不仅是一名出色而成功的歌手，而且他还是一名成功的词曲作者和唱片制作人，他参与了Stevie Wonder，Lionel Richie，Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick和Cheryl Lynn等著名歌星专辑的录制，并与Mariah Carey等歌星有合作。
　　在第33，34，39届格莱美奖中三次获得最佳R&B男歌手奖，歌曲《Power Of Love/Love Power》还获得了第34届格莱美最佳R&B歌曲奖。在他近三十年的音乐生涯中，共出版了17张专辑，15张精选，以及数十首单曲，2003年6月10日发行了他的最新专辑《Dance With My Father》。

有什么语言可以说明这首歌的价值么？融合了爵士、民谣、流行、乡村、酒吧乐风，如诗般的歌词，加上圆润的嗓音，造就了这首冠军金曲。

Norah Jones出生于音乐世家，父亲是著名的印度席塔琴演奏家Ravi Shankar。在达拉斯的Booker T. Washington高中，学习钢琴和表演的时候，她沉醉到了爵士乐中，结束了在北德克萨斯的两年大学生活以后，Norah Jones来到了纽约，在这里Norah Jones开始热衷于一些出色的词曲作者的作品，也是在这里，她逐渐形成了目前爵士钢琴，创作型的风格，并开始尝试多种音乐风格的融合。后来Norah Jones和词曲作者Jesse Harris，以及贝斯手Lee Alexander组成了一支小乐队，Norah Jones在乐队中担任主唱并兼奏钢琴。2000年10月Blue Note Records为他们录制了一张试音专辑《First Sessions》，Norah在专辑中尽情展示了自己的才华，在创作中她在源于爵士乐的曲调中加入了自己的激情，并用自己圆润，柔美的嗓音打动了唱片公司，于是仅过了三个月Norah Jones正式签约Blue Note Records，并于2002年2月26日发布了第一张专辑《Come Away With Me》。

“ Sunny came home" 在1998年击败的不仅是主流流行乐的傲慢和焦躁，更是倡导了清新与融入生活的亲切。虽然这或许只是小小的声音，虽然葛莱美会把它早早地忘记，但是正因为此，她才是葛莱美最大的惊奇。

change the world是电影《phenomenon》的主题曲，电影本身就是一个感人的爱情故事。此曲由Eric Clapton主唱，从歌词可以看出，爱慕之心情深意切。适合男孩子在电影院门口等迟到的女友时哼唱-- "if I can change the world, I'd make her have sense of time"。

Shawn Colvin 也是颦儿喜欢的一位女歌手，喜欢她一尘不染，纯净自然的嗓音，一如深涧里流过的清澈泉水。
“Sunny came home" 是一首极为耐听的民谣作品，整首歌曲流畅动听，清新得动人心弦的吉他伴奏，细细品味能听出其摇滚的音乐元素。
