今天用word打字时，出现对话框说Msearch程序出错。反复启动几次后才能使用。前几天用Excel也是这样的。请问为什么啊？
有时用CAD绘图时，同时上网时会出现蓝屏，上书:
                              Windows
A fatal exception OE had occured at 0167：BEF9E463. The current application will be terminated.
*Press any key to be terminate the current application.
*Press CTRL+ALT+DEL again to restar your computer. You will lose any unsaved information in all applications. Press any key to continue.
事实上，用CTRL+ALT+DEL是没用的。只能强关机重新动。有时要反复几次。请问是什么原因。

Msearch？据说是改良版的TRichEdit构件，提供完整而快速的字符串搜寻的功能，个人认为和WORD或EXCEL关系不大，这种问题是在进行WORD或EXCEL什么操作中出现的？（譬如说在输入文字、调用字库、插入字符之后等等）
至于蓝屏显示A fatal exception OE had occured at 0167：BEF9E463，这个问题是Windows常见的非法操作现象，究其原因不外乎D版操作系统或软件、软硬件兼容性问题或某些硬件质量有问题。
